3. How does Kebrite integrate with payroll provider?Kebrite collects all your payroll information and generates any required file (eg. txt, csv) that you can then simply import to any payroll provider. It takes away the requirement for manually entering those payroll hours directly into your payroll provider, thus ensuring that your attendance and payroll hours match perfectly.
-
4. What Payroll Providers does Kebrite integrate with?Kebrite has over 60 different payroll file formats to integrate with payroll providers (eg. ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, Visual). If we do not have your required format or you need the format changed then as long as you provide it to us, it will be implemented free of charge while on our support program.

5. Does Kebrite handle multiple jobs (employees working on 2 or more jobs at the same time)?Yes, Kebrite prorates the time automatically based on the amount of hours worked and when the job time values overlapped. As a simple example; when two jobs start at 8am and finish at 9am, Kebrite will show the job's duration as both in normal time (1 hour each) and prorated time (30 minutes each). If one job's time is modified, Kebrite will automatically adjust all other overlapping jobs. There is no need for you to locate all of the overlapping jobs, even those jobs that are overlapping on the same resource/machine, Kebrite has done the work for you in a split second!
